Pennsylvania schools get a bell-to-bell phone ban

·

Gov. Josh Shapiro has signed a bell-to-bell ban on cellphones in Pennsylvania schools, MoreThanTheCurve reports. The Senate approved Senate Bill 1014 by a vote of 47 to 3. WHYY says Pennsylvania joins 26 other states with a statewide, all-day restriction. Bell to bell means the whole school day, so I suspect a few teenagers are drafting their objections right now. By text, probably.

Aroma on Ford gets a TV close-up in West Conshohocken

6abc's The Dish recently visited Aroma on Ford, a new Italian spot in West Conshohocken, and spoke with two of its chefs. The featured dish was the malfaldine bolognese, which the station called authentic, rich, creamy and meaty. It was, in its words, worth every bite. You can read the MoreThanTheCurve summary for the details.
