Fayette Street has been quietly graduating from a nice place to grab dinner into an actual small-business address, and a company that plants both its kitchen and its back office here is a different animal than a franchise that shows up, cuts a ribbon, and vanishes on a lease renewal.

Combine that with the recently announced Angelo's Pizzeria coming to town and the September 21 through 27 Conshohocken Restaurant Week lineup of 16 participating restaurants, and the dining corridor keeps writing checks its parking situation will eventually have to cash.
