Rockwell Development Group has quietly floated a sketch plan for 150 townhouses at 501 Washington Street, a stretch of Conshohocken riverfront that technically sits inside Whitemarsh Township. Still, 150 units is not nothing. If you have watched the West Side stack up over the last decade, you already know the pattern. Empty parcel, then a rendering, then a groundbreaking, then a new set of neighbors asking where they are supposed to park. Whether this one moves from sketch to spade is the open question.
